New Feature: QR Codes on Event Cards—Simplifying Customer Access to Photos

At Snapizzi, we’re always looking for ways to streamline your workflow and enhance the customer experience. Our latest feature—QR Codes on Event Cards—does just that, offering a faster and easier way for customers to access their galleries directly from their mobile devices.

With Event type projects, each customer receives a unique card linked to their individual photo gallery. There is no need to collect customer information to connect them to their photos.

Traditionally, customers would need to manually enter the direct URL for their photos or enter the code on your Studio Search Page to view their photos. While effective, this process leaves room for user error and adds unnecessary friction.

With QR codes now printed directly on Event cards, customers can simply scan the code with their phone’s camera and be taken straight to their personal gallery. It’s fast, intuitive, and eliminates any confusion.

Whether you’re photographing a corporate event, school dance, or holiday party, QR codes make gallery access seamless for customers and reduce post-event management for you.

Customize QR Codes for Data Projects
While QR codes are automatically included on Event cards, you can also incorporate them into Data projects by customizing the card layout.

Data projects typically use pre-uploaded customer information via CSV files, and the cards are usually not distributed to the subjects. However, if your project requires it, QR codes can be added during the setup process to provide customers with a quick and easy way to access their photos.
